Delivery

Delivery has be subsidised to a flat rate of £3 for this!
Processing time
All nail polishes are uniquely handmade and as such may take a couple of days to be produced before shipping. Orders should be processed and dispatched within 5-7 working days. During busy periods this may be longer, you will be informed if a delay is expected. You will be notified via email when your item has been dispatched.
Delivery locations
Hollie Mixture operates within Great Britain (including England, Scotland and Wales). Due to new requirements for operating within the EU for British businesses, Hollie Mixture does not sell in Northern Ireland at this time.
Orders cannot be sent to PO boxes even on GB territory. Please find an alternative address to ship to, or get in touch if this is a problem.
Any orders placed outside of the current delivery zone, or made to PO boxes, will be cancelled and refunded, minus any processing fees incurred.
It is the responsiblity of the customer to provide a correct delivery address, and once the order has been handed to the delivery service a change cannot be made.
Prices
All orders ship for £3 standard (RM 2nd Class) and £5 to upgrade (RM 1st Class)

Tracking is not available on standard deliveries, but proof of postage is obtained.
Delays and missing orders
Your enthusiasm is appreciated, so if your parcel has not yet arrived I'm very sorry. An item is not considered lost until 10 working days from dispatch have elapsed. Hollie Mixture is not responsible for delays in delivery once your order has been handed to the service provider (Royal Mail or courier).
If 10 working days have passed since dispatch and you have not received your parcel please get in touch via the contact form.
Payment
Paypal and Stripe are the current payment options on the website. A Paypal/Stripe account is not required to use this service, you can checkout as a Paypal guest, or can create a free account with them as you checkout. Invoicing for payment via BACS is possible, please get in touch via the contact form.
Only details required to send goods are provided to Hollie Mixture.
Payment will be taken immediately upon placing an order.
Cancelled/rejected payments
In rare circumstances, there may be delays in updating changes to inventory on the website. To avoid disappointment, if a product becomes unavailable and you have placed an order for it, your payment will not be accepted.
You should receive an email to explain this, and which items are unavailable. You can then amend your order.
